HyeWay processes only the information needed to show transport routes, manage bookings, communicate operational changes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Guest bookings may include a name, email or phone number, passenger names, route, departure, payment status, and operational events. Account users may also save routes and maintain trip history. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers; payment providers process card details.
Map tile providers receive ordinary network request data such as IP address and device headers. Product analytics is configured without passenger names, contact details, or booking contents. HyeWay uses OpenStreetMap-derived map data and displays the required attribution.
Users can request account deletion in the app. Optional profile data is deleted or anonymized. Booking, settlement, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment records may be retained where Armenian law or legitimate dispute handling requires it.
Booking details are shared with the operator or driver fulfilling the trip and with contracted payment, email, SMS, hosting, and analytics processors only as needed to provide the service.
You may travel as a guest, access or correct your account details, disable route-change alerts, and request deletion. For privacy requests contact [email protected].
Some processors may operate outside Armenia. Where required, HyeWay uses contractual or other safeguards for international data transfers.
